So I happened to download osu! to play with my friends again and I came across this problem: http://prntscr.com/m3xtow
As you can see there is also no osu!.<USERNAME>.cfg file in the folder.
Also, the file "osu" is not the osu!.<USERNAME>.cfg file: (for those who are curious: http://prntscr.com/m3xukw)
This is the error code: http://prntscr.com/m3xvgd

My Laptop configuration: http://prntscr.com/m3xx4s

I did some researches before posting this so please don't accuse me of being lazy: http://prntscr.com/m3xxxs

Here are all the solutions I tried:
- Roll back to old driver
- Reinstalling driver
- Updating driver to latest version
- Reinstalling osu!
- Attempting to fix it by using osu!.<USERNAME>.cfg file but couldn't find the file
- Restarting computer
- Right-click osu! and run it with Integrated graphics / High-performance NVIDIA processor
- Go to NVIDIA Control Panel > 3D Settings > Manage 3D settings > Program Settings > Choose osu! from the drop-down list > Select "Integrated graphics" as preferred graphics processor for this program

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Are you able to get the Intel driver versions you tried? Based on your screenshot I'm sure you found a bunch of threads for the "Can't find the name of Intel ICD OpenGL" issue, which was fixed by Intel a while ago in their newer drivers. However, after they released their even newer DCH drivers recently, it appears the issue has shown up again (with a very slightly different error message popup).

I found a few other people with the same issue on different games/using different software. For example:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ultimaonline/comments/a6jxdv/uo_steam_error/
https://www.magix.info/us/forum/can-t-find-the-intel-graphics-error--1220175/

It also appears you need to completely uninstall these new DCH drivers in order to actually roll back to a "legacy" driver version (as Intel calls it).

I can't reproduce this issue even with the DCH drivers installed, so if you are willing to give that a try, please do.

"<USERNAME>" is replaced by the name of your Windows user account. If you haven't even gotten osu! to run successfully a single time, it's possible it just hasn't been generated yet (I believe it creates itself after you run the game for the first time).

I was able to get the Intel driver versions that I tried.

I tried your solution earlier today, however it did not work. Installing that version of Intel Graphic gave me an incompatibility manufacturer problem so I had to reinstall back my manufacturer Intel Graphic (HP).

If you have any more suggestions I'd glad to hear
