Need help with osu skins Elements not working

I need help with osu! skins i downloaded the skin called Echoes i got it from https://www.reddit.com/r/OsuSkins/comments/9d3abb/echoes_stdhd_oc_mix/

and its elements not working for me i didn't find a video or a post telling me how i fix it

You've downloaded skins that do not support standard definition and are playing at a window with a height less than 800px.

i.e., The only elements that are used are @2x elements with no standard equivalent. Below is a description of them, taken from the FAQ.
Q5: What do the @x2 files do in my skin folder?
A: Files that has @2x on their names are used if you're using resolutions above 1280x800.
You could just resize them all by half, but there's a program out there that does all that for you. Check it out here: https://osu.ppy.sh/forum/t/762684
