[invalid] Tablet cursor stuck in top left with Raw Input enabled

Details:

Cursor teleports to top left of the screen, and refuses to leave when Raw Input is enabled.
I'm terrible (can't play) with 1x input sensitivity, and I have tried disabling Windows Ink and disabling "supportTabletPC".

Full Disclosure: I'm not sure if I have really disabled Windows Ink.

I have the Gaomon S55k Tablet.
I am running Windows 10 Home.
Group Policy Editor is enabled.

Current osu! version: Stable 20181101.2 (latest) (Yes, I checked.)

I don't think I need to post a vid/ss, considering how many people have had this same issue.

I have tried all the solutions in that post- none of them have solved this issue.
Except disabling Raw Input, which... isn't really an ideal solution.

Well, there isn't more to this issue. That thread says everything there is to know about it. Making a new post and saying "well I don't like that" isn't really necessary, since no other known workarounds exist.

Use your drivers to select an area, do not use sensitivity slider.
