Problem details:it opens the osu!updater then it just closes and i cant open the game

Please provide the "update.log" file from your osu!\Logs folder.

Also check your event viewer to see if the updater/game happens to be crashing for whatever reason.

I'm not sure why your client appears to be looking for osu!spooky.dll, Halloween is over.

Edit: Looks like something might be a tad bit wrong right now.
