[Archived] Raw input = acceleration?

Problem details:
So after I took kind of a long break I now notice that as soon as I turn on raw input my mouse is way faster than it is normally and this also is the case for the tablet. Right now raw input is unusable for me.
Anyone an idea why this is happening?

Raw input allows osu! to read mouse/tablet values directly from the hardware, without any post-processing. This means a more accurate movement, check and see if your in-game sensitivity changes when you turn it on/off.

I know what raw input is but nothing changes in terms of ingame setting. I have normal mouse sensitivity but the speed of the mouse and tablet changes with raw input which didn't happen before
