[Archived] I can't Install game on my laptop (Windows 7)

Problem details:Umm so I'm trying to install osu on my laptop but installer doesn't work. I don't have any errors it feels like nothing is happening but when i open a task manager i can see in processes installer running and after few seconds closing itself.

osu! version: Stable 20181022
