Problem Details:
I just so happened to be at the right place at the right time to see a map getting ranked. I immediately downloaded it and played it hoping to be the first to get score submitted on it and to get the medal Quickdraw. And I got #1 on the map, although, no medal was rewarded to me at all. Here are 3 screenshots proving I got the first ranked score on the map.

Side note (Edit 1): Note that I improved the score afterwards by FC-ing it with HDDT to show that I didn't play the map just to get the medal.
Edit 2: I don't know if the policy of not revealing how to get the medal still applies. Sorry if it does, feel free to delete my post in such case.
