Idk why i started getting this problem, it was fine and all just last month, and I'm using CTL-490 tablet and windows 10.
It's not stuck, it just jumps every few seconds which is annoying

Your sensitivity should always be at 1 while using a tablet, the only thing you're supposed to change is your tablet area. This can cause inaccurate movements.

From what I've seen on your screenshot, I can see that you're using multiple profiles. Try using no profiles at all. (and if you don't know what I'm talking about, here)

Did you try a different USB port for your tablet? Windows updates like to mess things up randomly too, you never really know what's in store sometimes.

yea windows did update couples of times i guess that's the cause

Well, it's not 100% the cause, just a guess since you said it was working fine before. We really just need to be looking for things that could have changed in that time that would cause this behavior, Windows likes to update without you knowing.

I checked everything and the only thing changed was windows, and it automatically update so i guess there's nothing I can do about it.
