I don't have a screenshot or video right now, but I have tried reinstalling osu already and I have also troubleshooted my computers audio to see if there was an issue and it came back with nothing.
Is it not working in osu only or for other media as well?
Also go to your playback devices and right-click the one you're using>Propreties and make sure you have "24 bit, 48000 Hz" selected under the advanced tab which is the default one. (here)
