Please help, the other day I tried to start osu, but an update started but the update never finished, it says that there is an error in my internet conection but no, so I tried reinstalling osu and it doesn't install, I don't know what else to do, please help

Please provide the update.log file from inside your osu!\Logs folder.

I don't think I have the logs thing, I uninstalled osu trying to install it again

Try installing it again and find that log, else we can't really help you.

All you can try is restarting your pc for now.

Ok, I'll try to find that log, I've already tried installing it again but it says that I had a conection error and it starts again, also I already restarted my PC

osu!'s default installation path is "C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\osu!". If the installer opens, that log is going to be generated, so unless you changed the install path it will be in there.

Copy the contents of the file and post it here, upload the file to a file sharing service and post the download link, or use something like pastebin to upload the contents of the file and post a link to it here.

Are you running the installer as Administrator?

Also, make sure to disable any antivirus/firewall during the installation.

To be honest I don't think I've been running it as administrator, and I haven't disabled the antivirus/firewall. I'll try that as soon as I can, then I'll let you know what happened. Thanks

Doesn't work, run it in admin and desactivated antivirus
