Really though, imo Japanese is the best (language-wise)
Sorry but I disagree, far too many characters and symbols. Language is meant to convey information efficiently. The most efficient language would be the best (fastest to learn/say/write)
Usually I wouldn't know an answer to this but I have some knowledge on this. While not every single language has been analyzed, there was a study done by a university using the 7 most common languages used on earth. English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, German & Italian and compared them with a created algorithm to determine fastest information transfer.
