[Archived] Error Installation

When I install osu, the message appears that it gave some error and says that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am. so I can not install the game. Please, someone help me with this problem, I want to play osu :( I already turned off my antivirus, I already installed the .net framework, I already did almost everything and I do not know how to solve it.

Please provide the update.log file located inside your osu!\Logs folder.
