Hey, I am creating this because my friend cannot play DT. He does not have the option available at all. If anyone has any ideas as to why this is. It would be much appreciated for help.
Multiplayer osu! does not allow speed-altering mods such as DT or HT, unless the room's host toggles free mods and selects DT. In this screenshot, the host has obviously not done so. 99% sure this is the answer to your problem.
