I'm on b20180510.2cuttingedge, and I can't seem to find the debug options. I tried searching debug, no debug options. I tried just scrolling all the way down, no debug options either.

The debug settings were removed on May 10th.

There isn't any way to get them to display in-game anymore. There shouldn't really be a reason for anyone to be using them anyway.
