I just got a 2nd screen, playing 1280x960 letterboxing and the tablet seems to be able to freely roam outside the playing area whereas the mouse is bounded to the area (which is what I want). Trying to search up fixes but can't seem to find any
For Wacom
Set your application settings for osu to only use your main osu monitor,
and in the options the map absolute raw input to the osu! window
Under this option should be confine mouse cursor set that to always.
fullscreen should prevent it from going to your second monitor
