Problem Details:
I bought a Huion 420 around two months ago and have never experienced problems until today; when I hover over the surface with the pen, the cursor on the screen either moves very slow, as if something were pulling in the opposite direction, only allowing me to move within a certain area, or it will snap to a certain location quickly. Along with this, it also clicks a lot, even when I'm only hovering. It also seems to have flipped the orientation of the tablet, so when I move left it goes right, etc.

So far I've changed the raw input, restarted my computer, re-downloaded the driver, changed the batteries in the pen, changed the wire connecting the tablet and the computer (and switched USB ports), and I've played around with the tablet settings (active area, handedness), all to no avail.

Video showing the problem:

Not sure if it is very clear what I am doing, but I am moving my pen all the way up and down the tablet, and then right-to-left all the way across. My pen never touches it.
