It's able to get S without full combo (slider break), maybe add new rating for it?(S-)

I think this can be actually good lol... and instead of SS we could use S+ then :')

I don't think so because S+ is, in the new design of the site and in osu!lazer, a S with HD or FL. Same for SS+ !

This is actually a good idea, I mean we can use it in more things like a very low acc FC on a map. For example: 93.00% - 93.7% or something like that.

Totally agree!
In all modes too like in ctb where you take all the fruits but lose a piece of "connecting trail" on the road...
