Problem Details:
Alrighty, so every time I open up osu! I try logging in but every time I do it keeps saying "connection failed. will retry" and keeps going on over and over again. I recently moved from my computer to my laptop and I've tried installing osu on the old installer and that's when it actually works with logging in but I'm kinda picky with my skin and how it looks so I tried going back (again) to stable latest and it keeps having the same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled osu many times but I can't seem to find any solution to this.
