Whenever playing, I randomly run into some kind of stuttering/lag that looks like something around 60fps, even though I am running the game with 0.3ms which is the norm for me. This will happen for at least 5 minutes or more at a time, then will completely stop and go back to normal. Yes, I have tried running the game on different builds. No, I am not using VSync or running the game in windowed mode. No, I do not have any kind of CPU spikes and my temperatures are completely normal. This lag does not happen in any other game, so I am pretty sure it is not a hardware issue. I've reinstalled the game countless times, along with my GPU drivers. I have also completely disabled any unecessary Windows 10 features such as Cortana, Windows Ink and the Xbox app. I am honestly out of solutions.
