Downloading osu songs has been slow for almost 2 weeks(1-50kb/s) Others such as steam are fast(3mb/s+)
pingged to bm4.ppy.sh and this is the result.

C:\Users\user>ping bm4.ppy.sh

I get about 200 ping, i don't think "ping" is the problem. You could call your internet provider and aske them what's going on

Mine does fine, it's probably your internet provider.
Can u suffice a screenshot of your download speed from here we can figure it if its osu! or you.

Usually this can be fixed by canceling the download and restarting it

Well it did speed up a little but from 30-60kb/s to 80-100 kb/s lol
