Problem Details:
I have .5 sec lag spikes that cause latency to jump by 10ms then slowly back down to 0.8, which causes me to drop my combo and miss all notes in that time.

I cant video the problem because i get 22 latency when recording and i cant screenshot it because the same thing happens when i print screen.
