Are you using a VPN or proxy? If so, disable them.

In-game location is geographically accurate against IP address.

Why did you make a new thread? Keep your replies in here if they are pertaining to the same issue.

This could be a problem with dynamic IP addresses. You would need to talk to your ISP about that.
