I'm making my first osu!mania beatmap, and I've finished 2 difficulty, an Easy and a Normal with "Light" and "Rising" as difficulty name, but the AiMod still continue to repeat me "This map need at least 1 Easy/Normal difficulty"
Why does it do that?

I'm pretty sure that is because AiMod doesn't know how to handle non-standard gamemodes as well. Feel free to ignore it.

Yup, I've uploaded the map on the "WIP/Help" and it shows 2 different difficults sooo probably it's an error of the AiMod
