[Archived] game goes out of fullscreen when not in main menu

Problem Details:
Before, the windows taskbar overlaps the game when not in main menu, and the game lags. Now idk what happened but it only happens when I'm going to pick a map to edit, and when in map editor. Pretty annoying both in the fps drop and the taskbar blocking the timeline and playback rates...

The editor forces the game to run Borderless. Try clicking on the taskbar and then clicking back into the game to get it to disappear. Or try restarting it as suggested in this thread: https://osu.ppy.sh/community/forums/topics/551178?start=5783335

The lag is may be cause by the game running in borderless, but in case it is locked at 30fps, try closing other programs and windows running in the background as they may be taking focus away from the osu!.
