Since they don't match you get this note as muted. Please rename the one in your folder.

That hitsound file issue definitely needs to be fixed.

Would also consider reducing the volume of the hitnormal, as dudehacker suggests. Another thing you could do would be to have the start until 00:07:806 have a timing point which reduces note volume under 40%.

Other hitsoundy stuff
  1. 00:42:963 - Perhaps there should be a crash hitsound of some sorts here.
  2. 00:44:213 - All of these CrashSs in this section feel a little bit weird to me perhaps. That said, none of the difficulties have been able to accommodate consistently having these samples in play without any being in the storyboard. Therefore, I suggest that you move these samples to the .osb and have the other hitsounds in play, since those are more important.
  3. 00:50:853 (50853|2,51166|2) - missing kick hitsound in top diff
  4. 00:52:963 - Personally, I feel the CrashS hitsound here would be better at 00:53:119.

In the normal diff (aside from the CrashS thing above), essentially every hitsound in the storyboard is completely unnecessary, even causing a few doubled up hitsounds, which are way too powerful for the song. (at 140% hs vol)

I think this is all I can really point out at this point alongside issues raised by dudehacker (against not hearing that snareish hitsound ingame and my laptop dying on me for no reason)

Not really going to check through the note patterning etc. in each difficulty since that's not really what I'm here for, but the hitsounding I would like to see be a little bit cleaner than its current state.
