CTB is actually quite weird. Lack of effort in mapping patterns that match catcher velocity makes it uncomfortable to play. Also lower star maps make little sense in terms of tapping. I would expect a run between two points for every beat, but you just position yourself and catch the fruit instead.
What I'm saying is that mapping is kinda eh in CtB, and I think it's due to the lack of a proper editor.
