Why does my cursor keep losing sensitivity its so like so hard to move where I'm commanding it to move? Like it gets stuck on the circle notes?! its like the circles are absorbing my cursor!.

Make sure that you have either enabled raw input or disabled mouse precision in the windows settings

Otherwise, it is probably just being new to the game and not actually having as much control over your mouse as you think you do
