[Archived] Transferring my old osu songs files not working

Problem Details:
I have old osu song files dating back 5+ years and I tried transferring it to the Songs folder to play in the new Osu.
But some reason only 5 out of 300 songs was only recognised.
How do I fix this?

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

Have you pressed F5 in song select and reloaded all of your maps?

Yes I have.
I even tried restarting the Osu.

It sounds like this: t/140197 which is a confirmed issue, not really sure how to fix.

You can try moving your closing osu!, moving osu!.db out of your installation folder, then reopening osu!, however I am not sure how successful that is going to be.

Sorry. I don't quite understand what you mean.
