Problem Details:
My hit sound comes much later than I click and it messes up my mind and acc completely, I don't know what causes it. This started happening after I built my new PC. Didn't happen on the old one. My new PC has windows 10 and old PC had windows 8.1 if that helps in any way. I have an integrated sound card and it's ROG SupremeFX S1220A if that helps in any way.
Also, I used osu default hit sounds.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

Make sure your universal offset is set to 0. You can modify it in the options menu.

My universal offset is 0 and my input delay in-game is 0,5ms

Could it possibly be some windows 10 feature that is causing the delay?

Are you using the default skin?

It is also possible that you DO need a different universal offset.

I played the same exact map on the old pc and the hit sounds were just fine so I don't think offset is causing it. I also used 0 universal offset on the old pc.. I'm not using the default skin but I disabled skin sound samples.

Could it be an issue with my new headset? I switched from the new headset to older headphones and it feels like the delay is gone

Is the new headset wireless? Wireless device will always have more delay than wired devices

New headset is wired.

New headset: Razer Kraken Pro v2
Old headphones: Superlux HD668B

If that information helps at all.

Try turning the virtual 7.1 surround sound feature off
