What is:
Offset of the song
BPM of the song

Hello, if you want to start a beatmap you find out the beats per minute (bpm).
You can do that with the tool on the upper right.
you click to the beat of the song and get the number (the better you click, the more precise is the bpm).
You go to timing setup panel. there is a green cross.
Click that cross once and in "General" is BPM and Offset.
type in the BPM the number you got from the first step.
The offset is, if im not wrong, the small tool that allows you to
change the beats a bit, if you think the circles doesnt fit with the beat.
I never use the Offset.
