got a white screen after enabling the softening filter, could disable it in no way please help

Please go into your osu!.pcname.cfg and change BloomSoftening to 0, save, and then launch osu!.
(If that doesn't work, change Shaders to 0 as well)

The configuration file exists there.
the osu! folder located at "C:\Users\<your pc uername>\AppData\Local\osu!" if you haven't changed during installation
or you can just type in Run (Windows key + R) "%localappdata%\osu!"

You can open the cfg file with Notepad if Windows Asks
