Problem Details:
I just got a new laptop (specs will be given on request) and my osu! won't go above 30fps, despite being capped at 120. No other games are limited to 30fps and my refresh rate is 60Hz.
I spent a bit of time messing with my dedicated GPU vs. my 1050ti, but all other games swap seamlessly to the 1050ti after the dGPU running the simpler tasks. Both of the GPU's drivers are up to date too. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this invisible 30fps "cap?"
