Are you running osu on your integrated or dedicated graphics card? You might want to reinstall drivers for whichever one your using
Another thing that could be causing it is background applications, make sure nothing else is running in the background that could be affecting performance

i try turning off the video and the windows defender and it still stutter but it only stutter sometimes now thanksShortthu wrote:

also if you use windows defender (or any other anti-virus program) try to include osu folder in the exclusions list
