I just buy 1 month of supporter but I don't see it...

My supporter should be valid until 28/08 but it's not into my account.

Contact accounts@ppy.sh about it. Make sure to provide a screenshot of the receipt of the purchase. Note that it might take a few days for them to reach out to you.

Same thing is wrong with mine, bought 6 months, no response from support. It's almost been a week. You'd be better off trying to a refund.

Same thing is wrong with mine, bought 6 months, no response from support. It's almost been a week. You'd be better off trying to get a refund. They must not care about the recent osu supporter problems, as I've seen multiples of these and they have just been put in resolve as invalid.
