perhaps it could just be how your computer or browser handles images.
Try opening an alternative browser, go to this thread, and see if you see my image there. If that's the case it's probably something wrong with your default browser.

I can see the avatars, its just the images that are linked in a post, either way.....rip
Images uploaded on the old design currently don't translate well to the new design. I'm sure it will be worked out soon. Hang tight.
