By the way, I got this new gaming laptop. Specs: GPU Nvidia GTX 960M CPU Intel core I5 6300hq and 8GB of HyperX RAM

Problem Details: My osu! was working when I disabled Compatibility mode manually in the osu.cfg file.
When I accidentally turned it back on, I tried to do the trick of manually disabling it again, but it didn't work.
I have seen other people have this problem, and now I have it too.

I tried reinstalling, with no luck.

Tried it already, doesn't work.

Go to your osu! folder and then open osu!.<PC name>.cfg and open it via notepad. Now change value of "CompatibilityContext" to 1.

Nope. Still not working and still the same crash report. Guess this is irrepairable.

Change "Fullscreen" to 0

See if that gets it to behave.

UPDATE: LOCK THIS FORUM, OSU IS WORKING AGAIN, I GOT A CUSTOM CONFIG FROM ANOTHER USER (without their name and password)
since i took my password "the weird code looking thing in .cfg" and copied it somewhere, so yea, thanks trying to help.

If you could compare settings to see what option "fixed" it that'd be great.

This issue is a Wiley one, It doesn't seem to conform to one exact fix and sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. More information or concrete fixes would be appreciated.

Giving me the full cfg doesn't really help. Since I don't know what was different to the one that didn't work.
