When in EZ you mapped that Snare with a chord, in the NM you skip it, and here the kick sounds are a chord... well is up to you, but i still thinking that skipping all the Snare sounds seems ankward. Some general suggestion for this part: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546337 , https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546348 , https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546355 , and so on... I think you can improve this part a lot to be honest, so keep it up.

00:27:625 - Using Triples/Hands for NM is also something that i don't recommend. Only for Hard difficulties and above. Well, i know that you that following the piano here but, the inconsistency with the EZ difficulty is pretty evident: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546276 <- EZ in the right. When in EZ you mapped that Snare with a chord, in the NM you skip it, and here the kick sounds are a chord... well is up to you, but i still thinking that skipping all the Snare sounds seems ankward. Some general suggestion for this part: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546337 , https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546348 , https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/8546355 , and so on... I think you can improve this part a lot to be honest, so keep it up.

00:27:625 - Using Triples/Hands for NM is also something that i don't recommend. Only for Hard difficulties and above.
