[resolved] How to comment on a replay with color?

So i basically saw a lot of replays with comments on it. But, i saw a lot of comments in color.
Do i have to be supporter or there is a command for it?
Please help me!

There's a color bar next to you. Click on a color to use them
Ex:

- gjghfkjgdh
-hgjkgsfgsfsh
