Skin.ini beatmap overriding won't work!

I am beat mapping Gwyn, Lord of Cinder's theme. When I place the skin.ini (File name is skin) in the beatmap but there is no effect, The skin file says
Skin.ini
CursorRotate: 0
CursorCentre: 0
SliderStyle: 1
but the mouse will not stop rotating, sliders are not the correct style! When I put the cursor sprite in the beatmap (Name was cursor) the cursor DID override, but not the cursor rotating.
Please help if you can, as I want to make the skin override properly!

Sliderstyle: 1 are obsolete, you can't use this. Not working for actual build. ;)

CursorRotate: 0 in the mapname.osu and worked fine.

Does skin.ini even work on beatmap? Because I remember it doesn't.

the other SliderStyle only works on fallback. Putting separate skin.ini in the beatmap folder doesn't work, you have to put the values in all of the diffs text files, just like you would do in the skin.ini

I tried but the osu file does not override though!
