Problem Details:
For some reason, the osu updater keeps on saying to close osu, but the program isn't open, please help! (;-;)

osu! version: 20170616.1 (latest)

Double check Task Manager processes to make sure there isn't an osu.exe hanging out for some reason. If there isn't and it still won't let you install, restart your computer. That oughta do it.
