Syncing skinned animations to BPM in osu!lazer

Considering in the current osu client the non-skinnable elements (i.e. the osu! cookie) are synced to the BPM of whatever music is playing, in lazer skinned elements that are animated could also have the option to by synced up with the music in the same way.

Actually there's a minor point when it comes for gameplay (specificly for mania), because you can't always sync your hit bpm with the game bpm. This feature might help.

Some mania maps I know has SV changes and although the overall beatmap use the same bpm, you still can't sync the slow tapping while playing hidden, for example. You might 1-3 bpm late or early.

I do like this feature, but for gameplay purposes only. Everything else, no.

if that's the reason then it'll violate the client rule, which is removing one of the human element from gameplay, the rhythm sense.

It's still can be for aesthetic reasons in the menu.

Oh.. I didn't expect that. But I don't see any expectation for aesthetic purposes.
