You mean show? You cannot.
I guess it is possible to hide your country by switching it, but you would also use vpn and so on

Also, if you are from other country, from which you've flag you should write to accounts@ppy.sh I think.
Dont bother even with a vpn. I tried in the past to pretend to be in Japan and it doesnt really work (it only works like 30% of the time) and causes lottss of lagg. IT's more hassle than its worth
