Problem Details: after i open it , then for a while it suddenly auto restarting or auto update , and its begin to infinite loop of close then update itself

Are you on cutting edge version?

Try replacing the osu!.exe file in your osu! folder with this one.

the osu folder is in my pendrive . i play at internet cafe . and some pc do that problem and some don't

That's your issue. The connection is being blocked, lost, or something. This is more common on public internet access points. The way the network is setup, or the ISP they have is causing the issue.

When you check for the version make sure it is not the latest you can get (cutting-edge) as it may not function properly.
