---------------
days (Mekakucity Actors ED), full verion, sung by Yumeko.

The sliders during kiai times (especially on the last one) are distorted on purpose, reflecting the meaning of the lyrics and the storyboard. I can always normal-fy them (like the rest of the map) if it' s too much.

Hi :)
NM request from my queue. Hope this helps

  1. 00:25:941 (1) - I think this spinner is out of place. Maybe replace it with other objects or a long slider
  2. 01:20:160 (6,7) - Increase spacing so it is equal to 01:20:316 (7,8) or 01:20:472 (8,9)
  3. 02:22:347 (4,5,6,1) - Rearrange these hitcircles, feels weird while playing. Might just be me tho
  4. 02:55:160 (7) - Move so it doesn't overlap with 02:54:535 (5). I suggest like this, but you can do it however you want :)
  5. 04:41:410 (1,1) - Change these? You went from very cool curved heart 04:40:160 (1,2) to aggressive basic shapes.
If you found this mod unhelpful, please ignore it.

Thanks for the mod!

I've changed a few note spacings and also redid the entire middle-ish slider section.
I know that the basic shape sliders at the end is a little jarring, but I do want to keep it due to the meaning behind it in the context of the song/storyboard.

Hi :3

[Silent Tears]
00:47:035 put circle?
01:09:847 (2,3) do sligthly far
01:28:597 (2,3) maybe swap them and a circle to put in the beginning of the slider?
02:05:160 (5,6,7,8) maybe do far?
02:14:066 put circle and stack with slider 3
02:18:753 - 02:19:378 you have sounds
02:24:066 put circle, but you can not stack with slider 3
02:26:878 (1) - 02:30:941 (1) it's your choise, but you can remove spinner and put slider from end spinners
02:58:441 to 03:00:628 are you sure this place is left blank?
03:39:535 NC?
03:32:972 (6) to 03:45:785 (1) I think that these curves sliders you can do the usual because I don't think that there is a complicated or strange sounds
04:08:910 (3,1) overlap
04:08:910 (3,4,) - 3,4 stack ; 5 move right
04:28:285 (1,4,2) you can do the same as above, but on the other, or leave as is
04:43:441 to 04:45:628 and 04:48:441 to 04:50:628 are you sure this place is left blank?
05:16:107 put circle?

P.S. nice map ^o^

o/ Thanks for the mod~!

I've changed some spacing stuff, put circles/slider on some missed sounds and changed the positioning on a few notes as well.

hi from modqueue o/

[General]
00:10:895 - unsnapped timingline

[Silent Tears]
Using too many different slidershapes to express the same thing will create a chaotic map. You do this especially in the beginning and the slider-spammable sections. Try using the same/rotated sliders for the same sounds.

00:11:722 (3) - Rhythm is awkward - There are strong sounds on the white ticks - but the clickable object (sliderhead) is on the weak sound. This makes for awkward maps. You can fix this by starting sliders on strong sounds which are white ticks in this case. This issue present throughout the map. I won't comment on it again to have more time for other stuff.
00:18:285 (1,2,3,4,1) - It's better to keep the SV uniform across these. The background wub-slowdown is far weaker than the sounds in the foreground.
00:45:785 (4,5) - You're following the vocals. I'd suggest extending the first slider to the white tick after the 2nd slider.
00:47:347 (1,2,3,4) - Consider making the spacing between these lower to signal the slow part, and make the emphasis on the next notes even stronger.
01:09:847 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - This is a ridiculous difficulty spike. I'd suggest toning it down a bit to make it fit with your other part. If you don't want to do that you can make the spacing bigger in the earlier section (not the slow part - generally the whole map before it). The same goes for the rest of the map, since you do this longer in aswell.
01:39:535 (6,1,2,3,1) - Amazing opportunity to make the map fit with the background video. You got the left part right, and you can easily fix the right part by moving your shapes.
03:02:972 (8) - I like how you begin to use distorted sliders here, but make sure to use the same distorted sliders around the section for the same sounds.
03:30:160 (3) - The distorted section is over. I'd suggest making this into a nice smooth curve instead. note: the same goes for the next couple of distorted sliders.
04:44:847 (2,1) - You're ignoring quite a lot of important sounds here. You have many different option to make cool patterns + a slidershape that isn't as long as what you already got.
04:50:785 (1) - ^
05:30:795 (1) - Beautiful slider :D

I hope this mod is going to be of use. And as a note: You should be able to apply all of the above examples to the other parts of your map.
Good luck with your map! :)

o/ Thanks!
It's been great help, I've toned down on a lot of things including spacing and slider shapes. (It's also actually a storyboard)

I'm still working on that last ending bit and I'll definitely change the big slider geometric shapes.

from queue

00:44:535 (1,2) - delete (1) and replace it with a ctrl+d of (2) and make it look like this

00:56:410 (3,4) - don't have these sliders overlap
02:22:347 (4) - move down and left slightly so it doesn't overlap 02:21:722 (3) - sliderhead
03:29:222 (1) - fix break just before this, drag edge as far right as possible
04:41:410 (1,1,1) - these slider shapes should be more interesting rather than bland geometry, like making one a heart shape

nice map gl
defiance
hello there

[General]

the inherited timing point right after you begin the song is unsnapped

[Silent Tears]

00:18:285 (1,2,3,4) - a lot simpler flow here would be better to try and express the similarity of the sounds you are mapping

00:29:535 (5,6) - seems quite a bit messy, eh?

00:38:910 (2,3,4) - the spacing from 3-4 is quite low considering this pattern is expressing the same sounds

00:52:972 (7,1,2,3) - the way you change the angles of the sliders in this pattern makes your map seem very disorganized, i would make them the same angles

00:56:097 (2,3) - why make these different?

01:16:410 (3,4) - making these the same angle would give your map more structure

01:19:847 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - the arrangement of these jumps is messy and confuses me because it was fairly clean on 01:09:847 (2,3,4,5,6,7) -

01:27:972 (7,1) - pretty massive spacing for this 1/2 gap in a lesser intense part

01:51:097 (2,3) - nazi: but the end of 3 is barely touching 2

02:13:597 (2,3) - you are missing quite a bit of 1/6 here

02:19:222 (4,5) - this entry into the slider is quite off, maybe moving 5 over to the left would help that out

02:22:347 (4) - make sure this doesn't touch 3

03:06:722 (4,5) - this 1/4th jump is very weird and seems like a massive abuse of slider leniency

essentially this kiai is fairly linear and straightforward at first, but 1/4th such as 03:07:972 (8,1) - and 03:10:472 (8,1) - seem to have quite a bit of anti-flow. i think you need to make your ideas more consistent on this kiai

03:10:785 (1,2,3,4,5) - this pattern in general seems fairly messy in spacing compared to the rest of the kiai, i would look over this one

03:53:285 (1) - what is this slider lol

03:59:847 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - another fairly messy jump pattern

04:23:910 (3,4) - ctrl + g

near the last half of the kiai ignores the rhythm and just goes for slider shapes. why? i really felt like that took away from the map.

in general i really did like your slower parts but your kiais were fairly messy. not everything i mentioned is what's wrong with the map, you should go over and fix some angles make your jumps a lot cleaner and your placements a lot less random.

good luck
