Sorry for not answering to each of your points, but as I was answering to everything, I pressed a key on my keyboard that made me go back to the beatmap's forum page, ehh. 00:12:537 (4,5) - An NC is often used to separate different patterns. However, it looks like slider 5 is very far separated from the previous pattern in all ways -
it is very widely spaced away from the previous slider, the shape is very heavily changed, and the implied flow is contradicted. Slider 5 looks like it goes into the next combo, rather than into the first one.
00:12:861 (5,1) - In a section of almost entirely straight sliders and sharp-anchored sliders, these 2 heavily curved sliders look extremely out of place.

There are lots of ways in which this could be fit into the map, but it isn't.
00:20:321 (4,1) - When making blankets, the sharpness of the curved slider is inversely proportional to its distance from the object it is blanketing - the sharper the curve, the closer it should be to fit. This slider is quite sharply curved but a decent distance away from the sliderend. It would do better if it were a softer curve.
00:24:375 (4,1) - The snare here sounds like it should lend itself to being emphasized in the map, but it is the lowest spacing out of all the jumps in this entire section.
00:27:456 (1,2) - While most of the pairs of sliders in the section, especially before the stream at this part, are parallel straight sliders, these two straight sliders are perpendicular to each other. Any reason for this sudden change?
00:28:753 (1) - Two syllables are pronounced by the vocalist on this slider, while 00:29:077 (2,3) - are both one syllable, and 00:29:402 (3) - is two drum kicks. These are evidently all quite different in the music, so why are they put together into this very monotonous pattern?
00:31:672 (2) - There are 3 sliders here in this section: a straight slider before this, a straight slider after, and this curved slider. It breaks context rather heavily.
00:40:429 - Considering the considerable drop in intensity and spacing, the SV change here seems to be very small, and it's rather uncomfortable to cancel momentum after each slider.
01:05:726 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - The same rhythm is being represented in two extremely different ways here. While using slight changes in rhythm is definitely a good thing to keep maps varied, this changes the way that rhythm is represented completely.

tl;dr: you use a lot of strange slider choices - it looks quite freehanded, and many places lack consistency in slidershapes. In some places, this works, but in several (including the few I pointed out), they do not seem to work well. There are few problems with rhythm choices. Implied flow is very strongly contradicted repeatedly in this map - not necessarily a bad thing in all cases, just pointing it out.

01:16:104 (3,4) - This is extremely high 1/4 spacing. Do players of this difficulty level understand slider leniency to the point that this is a playable pattern? It's pretty much just a higher-SR Hard diff, so I'd say probably not, but your call.

tl;dr: uses lots of patterns that would be extremely hard to read for lower-difficulty players. Extremely low spacing 2/4, followed by similarly spaced 4/4, and wider spaced 1/4. Some rhythmic inconsistencies. I love the way you swap the kiai at the end, it's very cool and produces an awesome gameplay effect.

00:36:537 (3) - It's totally aesthetic preference, but I don't know how much I like such extremely sharp anchors on sliders.

In the kiai at the end, there are plenty of places for you to place 2/4 sliders like you do in earlier parts of the song, but they never come. It feels a bit like a Chekhov's Gun gone unfired, in that you establish those sliders earlier in the map, but in the most intense part of the song, they don't exist at all.

01:19:996 (4,5,1) - You may want to make patterns like these into equilateral triangles for more solid structure.

it is very widely spaced away from the previous slider, the shape is very heavily changed, and the implied flow is contradicted. Slider 5 looks like it goes into the next combo, rather than into the first one. Wow that's actually true, fixed! (rip flower)
00:12:861 (5,1) - In a section of almost entirely straight sliders and sharp-anchored sliders, these 2 heavily curved sliders look extremely out of place. Nah it's all good, it kinda marks the NC right?
00:14:483 (1,2,3) - In the same pattern at the start of the song, you used 3 sharply curved sliders, why is one of them just straight in this pattern? That's not the same pattern though Oo.
00:17:726 (4,5,6) - 5 is quieter beat than 6 in the song, and yet the movement to 6 is much smaller than the movement to 5. Why? Personally I think it's all good since the biggest sound in this pattern is clearly the 4, and it's already marked by the jump. And the kick isn't what's surprising the player, I'm pretty sure it's as I said the 4, or the end of the slider actually.
00:16:753 (1,2,1,2,3) - These 1-2 1-2 jumps give a very strong implied clockwise circular flow, but slider 3 both contradicts this and cancels all of the rather high amount of momentum from the second 1-2 jump. Is this heavily uncomfortable movement necessary at this point in the song? Kinda fixed so that it flows better.
00:18:050 (6) - While this slider starts on a kick and ends on a snare, 00:20:321 (4) - starts on a snare and ends on a kick. Which of these beats are you determining to be stronger? Well they're both the same beat but just not mapped the same way, I think the fact that I've put a full 4/4 slider when the beat appears for the second time it does a great variation, and yeah the second one does look heavier imo.
00:20:321 (4) - This slider seems to break the structure of the map very heavily. It could be placed so that the sliderend would be equidistant from 00:20:807 (5,1) - but isn't, it could be placed so the sliderend stacks on 00:19:672 (1) - , it could be parallel from 00:19:996 (3) - . There are lots of ways in which this could be fit into the map, but it isn't. Actually you're going to hate me for that one but I think it looks beautiful. It's basically 00:19:996 (3) - but longer, finishing on a blanket with 00:20:969 (1) - . And the fact that it actually finishes without stacking on 00:19:672 (1) - makes it even more beautiful in my opinion! Not changing it sorry haha.
00:20:321 (4,1) - When making blankets, the sharpness of the curved slider is inversely proportional to its distance from the object it is blanketing - the sharper the curve, the closer it should be to fit. This slider is quite sharply curved but a decent distance away from the sliderend. It would do better if it were a softer curve. Fixed!
00:24:375 (4,1) - The snare here sounds like it should lend itself to being emphasized in the map, but it is the lowest spacing out of all the jumps in this entire section. Fixed! (Not quite happy about the new jump though.)
00:27:456 (1,2) - While most of the pairs of sliders in the section, especially before the stream at this part, are parallel straight sliders, these two straight sliders are perpendicular to each other. Any reason for this sudden change? It's just a variation, I cannot use the same pattern everytime.
00:28:753 (1) - Two syllables are pronounced by the vocalist on this slider, while 00:29:077 (2,3) - are both one syllable, and 00:29:402 (3) - is two drum kicks. These are evidently all quite different in the music, so why are they put together into this very monotonous pattern? Fixed!
00:31:672 (2) - There are 3 sliders here in this section: a straight slider before this, a straight slider after, and this curved slider. It breaks context rather heavily. No really it's all good, It's like: "Boop I'm transform.. well fuck no I'm back!"
00:40:429 - Considering the considerable drop in intensity and spacing, the SV change here seems to be very small, and it's rather uncomfortable to cancel momentum after each slider. Once again it should be all good, remember it's a 5 stars map, it's here to spice things up ;).
01:05:726 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - The same rhythm is being represented in two extremely different ways here. While using slight changes in rhythm is definitely a good thing to keep maps varied, this changes the way that rhythm is represented completely. Well I don't know, the kick and the snare are both well marked on both patterns, I think it looks okay.

tl;dr: you use a lot of strange slider choices - it looks quite freehanded, and many places lack consistency in slidershapes. In some places, this works, but in several (including the few I pointed out), they do not seem to work well. There are few problems with rhythm choices. Implied flow is very strongly contradicted repeatedly in this map - not necessarily a bad thing in all cases, just pointing it out. Alright thanks!

00:36:537 (3) - It's totally aesthetic preference, but I don't know how much I like such extremely sharp anchors on sliders. Fixed!

In the kiai at the end, there are plenty of places for you to place 2/4 sliders like you do in earlier parts of the song, but they never come. It feels a bit like a Chekhov's Gun gone unfired, in that you establish those sliders earlier in the map, but in the most intense part of the song, they don't exist at all. Do you have an idea how I could change the end though? I'm not sure what to do there.

01:15:131 (2,3,4,1) - Sliderbreaking (3) will be really easy. You may want to reduce the spacing a bit. Ctrl+G'd 2 and 3 for better flow onto the other objects. shouldn't be problematic now.

The spacing increases, and due to the consistency with the previous sliders, this works out a lot better.

General concept is questionable: Sliders are used kinda randomly. This might be just my opinion but i don't believe guitar sounds to be that much different to the previous guitar sound in order to justify making 2 sliders on similar sounds shaped completely differently right after another. Similar could go for flow, but flow could be more loose.
some examples of this concept (that doesn't look utilized well in my eyes)
00:14:483 (1,2,3) - vs 00:15:780 (1,2,3) - former has first 2 sliders of same shape, later has second 2 sliders of same shape. That doesn't make consistent structure. also how the fuck do you manage to make 2 identical slider shapes with different anchor points
00:18:699 (2,3) - shouldn't these two sliders have different shape, as they have different quitar chords (lets call it chords).
00:22:591 (2,4) - Any particular reason why you're not utilizing blankets?
00:34:267 (3,4,5,1,2) - this looks way too chaotic, i'm not sure if its okay to be THAT chaotic, lessen the chaotic factor a bit xd
00:41:077 (4,5,1,2) - ^
00:44:969 (3) - to fit your chaotic structure how bout make this slider a bit different? xd

But in this map you mostly map the instruments/bass so it would make more sense if the DS would be the other way around because the Music gets intenser as the when the pattern starts

- 00:41:888 - there is a huge ass sound - ppl might get confused cause the DS is so low between (5) and (1) (so i would put another circle or higher the DS)
