Hi! So.. i'm doing a skin, and i used and archive.wav for the section fail sound (like the others) but it sounds too low.
Anyone can help me? i want to hear it higher

If it's the skin overall turn up the volume for effect in game.

If it's just the file:
Download audacity, import the file. Highlight the track you just imported, click the effect menu > Amplify and notch it up a bit (but don't check the box allow clipping unless "ear rape" is what you're going for). Click OK, and if you like it, export it in the format you like (.wav).
