[Archived] Can't install Osu!

I'm running windows 10 rn and i re-downloaded osu!installer.exe but it can't be installed and always stopped at around 92% with this message:
"An error occurred! Please check your internet connection"

*I've turned off Firewall Protection while installing this.

What should I do to fix this prob?

Try restarting your computer, router, and modem.

Also try Releasing and Renewing your IPConfig and Flush your DNS.

If both don't seem to work, try installing via the old installer
