[Archived] Hit-error Overlay doesn't have offset numbers.

Problem Details:
Exactly what is said in the title. I've seen videos on youtube that has offset numbers, but I can't find the option to make it appear. It's just a bar for me.
I might've missed an update, but I've been searching for some time and found nothing relavent.

this is a feature in the skin used in the video, and you can find a link to it below the 2nd video
the file in question is scorebar-bg@2x.png
make sure to use a hd resolution to use the @2x elements guide
the offset numbers were manually added in, it's not a feature from osu!

I don't know of any "pro" who uses this in their skin
I think most are just used to using it without the numbers
