Problem Details:
I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it worked great for a day or two and then it just started skipping frames again. My cpu is not under heavy load and I am stable at a crazy amount of frames until every so often it just freezes the whole game for a second. The beatmap continues but my mouse stops moving and the picture stops moving.
