Problem Details:
Despite having 100 mb/s dl/upload my osu!direct downloads are essentially dial-up speed and I have been excluded from the multiplayer scene because of this. Perhaps this has something to do with osu thinking I live in Canada when I in fact do not (where in Canada might that be?!) but whatever the reason the issue does not seem to be addressed anywhere in this community and has gona untouched and unresolved for far too long. I do not believe I can personally do anything about this. If I am in fact missing something that I should know or if anyone has any answers to this at all, even if I need ppy himself to look into this issue further, please direct me as needed.
